Twin Pines Lodge
Policies:

Parking: A paved driveway and garage for parking is provided at the home for three vehicles outdoors and two vehicles indoors respectively. Absolutely no street parking is available in this neighborhood (not a unique situation in Deadwood); parking limitations at the nearby Deadwood library are strictly enforced. The City of Deadwood maintains a public parking lot on Hwy 85 behind Deadwood Home Center (0.6 mi) for over size vehicles and trailers. Also, a secure well lighted parking garage -- Main Street Parking Ramp -- is located 2 blocks north and can be accessed from Main Street by going west on Wall Street. Parking in the Hwy 85 lot is free and the garage is $5/day. Note that the garage is accessible only to standard size automobiles and SUVs. Free trolley transportation is available between most locations in the Deadwood area.

Noise: Lessee agrees to keep noise minimal and in accordance to city ordinance and neighborly respect.

Smoking: There is absolutely no smoking in the home. Smoking is allowed outside only if care is taken to dispose all trash in the proper place and not on the property grounds. Small galvanized pails are provided for your use. If this is not done, you may be charged for clean-up. If there has been smoking in the home, you will be charged for professional cleaning.

Trash: Upon your departure, all trash must be removed from the home and placed in the receptacles located on the driveway.

Term:  Term of occupancy is 31 days minimum subject to earlier termination by guest or landlord as set forth in rental agreement.  Rent is calculated using daily rate for all nights guest is in possession prior to termination.

Disclaimer: We will not be held liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from negligence of guests or friends of guests. Further, we will not assume responsibility for loss, delay or expense caused by weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
