A paved driveway for parking is provided at the home for two vehicles with trailers. Absolutely no street parking is available in this neighborhood (not a unique situation in Deadwood); parking limitations at the nearby Deadwood library are strictly enforced. The City of Deadwood maintains a public parking lot on Hwy 85 behind Deadwood Lumber (0.6 mi) for over size vehicles and trailers. Also, a secure well lighted parking garage -- Main Street Parking Ramp -- is located 2 blocks north and can be accessed from Main Street by going west on Wall Street. Parking in the Hwy 85 lot is free and the garage is $5/day. Note that the garage is accessible only to standard size automobiles and SUVs. Free trolley transportation is available between most locations in downtown Deadwood.
Lessee agrees to keep noise minimal and in accordance to city ordinance and neighborly respect.
There is absolutely no smoking in the home. Smoking is allowed outside only if care is taken to dispose all trash in the proper place and not on the property grounds. If this is not done, you may be charged for clean-up. If there has been smoking in the home, you will be charged for professional cleaning.
We will not be held liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from negligence of guests or friends of guests. Further, we will not assume responsibility for loss, delay or expense caused by weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
